Basic Info
Rakka is the newest of the haibane. Naturally a bit shy and reserved, she's very confused by her new surroundings at first. She's very kind and makes friends easily once she gets used to things. She has a strong sense of responsibility, but thinks she should have been a normal girl. Commentary
