I've cleaned up again, and changed the password from a different computer that hardly ever gets used.  I'd suggest being careful anyway, but if it happens again it's a problem on my webhost, so I may be looking around for a new one.

It happened again, so be careful for a bit.  I've restored things, again, but until I do a complete reinstall of my PC (tomorrow) and change passwords again, there's no guarantee it won't keep happening.

Okay, the forum is back up and running.

The forum and site were compromised.  Someone got in and added iframes linking to a malware site on the bottom of a lot of pages.  This included the php files running the forum, which is why there were errors there.  They've also added them to what looks like every html file in this subdomain.  I've started cleaning them out, but would advise not browsing through the site right now.  No ETA on when the forums will be back up, but I'll announce it here when they are.

Added kanji to the lyrics pages.
I should be able to get the character pages up in the next couple weeks.
